A Happiness/Prosperity Blessing for You

If you can begin one change about how you live your life, begin with your decision to be radically self-honest. Catch yourself when you are telling an untruth - no matter how innocent or minor it may seem. Make a point to stop yourself - even if you are mid-sentence in conversation with another, and correct what you are saying. When you are telling yourself something that you want so desperately to be true, pay attention to whether you are being wholly honest or if you are avoiding what 'is' true in the face of what you wish for. "Radical self-honesty frees you to live your truth." Join me here, and as I share the one question that reminds you how to define what 'is' true. ~ Namaste In kindness and gratitude, ~ Dorothy

Embrace radical self-honesty in all aspects of your life to live your truth and be free.

Radical Self Honesty

At the heart of all suffering lies the fear of being left out—of being different, misunderstood, or rejected. But inclusion doesn't come from changing who we are to fit in. It comes from acknowledging every part of ourselves with kindness. When we stop fighting against the parts we think we need to hide, we begin to experience wholeness. True connection starts within. When you accept all aspects of yourself—mind, body, and soul—you begin to move through life with a deeper sense of peace and unity. Inclusion is not just a social need; it is a spiritual truth. Life doesn’t reject—it integrates.

Inclusion comes from accepting all parts of ourselves with kindness, leading to a sense of peace and unity in life.
