This sleep meditation will guide you to soften the grip of the day and let go of all you've been holding onto. Tonight, let’s feel how tightly you’ve been holding it all together. How your shoulders carried the weight, how your jaw clenched to stay composed, how your hands grasped to stay in control. Tonight… we unwind by first… feeling the grip. Take a deep breath in. And on your next inhale, tighten your toes. Curl them inward. Hold it. Now release. Let them go.
