This morning meditation will guide you as you release all that is weighing you down and allow your spirit to overflow. Settle into a comfortable position. Let your body be supported. Close your eyes if you’d like, and take a deep breath in. Exhale slowly, releasing some of the tightness you’ve been holding. Let your breath soften, bringing ease into your chest and belly.
