This one is for people pleasers. A reminder to say what you need to say. In a world where “likes” are a barometer for whether or not we are showing up in an acceptable way, we try to please, attract and impress as many people as we can, and then live in fear that someone won’t approve or respond in the way we had hoped or expected them to. We’ve gotten so good at dividing ourselves into smaller and smaller pieces, that we end up stretched thin, pleasing no one, with an empty tank. Life is way too short to try and please everyone.

Stop people pleasing and say what you need to say; life is too short to try and please everyone in a world where likes determine acceptability.

When life doesn't go as planned, it can lead to disappointment, fear, anger, sadness, or a range of emotions. You may find yourself clinging defiantly to the way that things "should" have been. This inner conflict between what is and what should have been can keep you emotionally stuck. Releasing the "ideal" you've created allows space for both to coexist and ultimately bring acceptance and peace.

When Life Doesn't Go As Planned

When we hurt it is because we have allowed someone to affect us negatively; to cause us harm, to feel doubt, fear, insecurity, or discouragement, when really each time that we experience someone's negativity, they are simply showing us their reaction, and their feelings and thoughts in that particular moment. How often do we allow others to hurt us? Your decision must be to step back, to step away from taking on whatever hurts may be directly or indirectly pointed at you. You wouldn't choose to be hurt. You would choose to be love and to feel loved. So begin with this. Become great at this. This is the ability to love yourself and to trust wholeheartedly in your goodness, your infinite power, your truth. with love Namaste!

As we move along the path of awakening and freedom, as we allow our consciousness to expand and our vibration to be raised, we are wise to be very conscious about protecting our consciousness so that we are not pulled down to the lower vibrations of fear, worry, and doubt that is running amuck in the world. In other words, we are wise to use discernment as to who we share our insights and revelations with, and even who we choose to hang out with, so that we may integrate and embody our expansion.

This is the first part of our retraining. We then work with envisioning and feeling successful of whatever we doubt.
