Nature is a wonderful teacher.

When we feel connected with ourselves, with the nature outside or with our human nature, we naturally let go of striving and relax into attentiveness, kindness and confidence.

Like me, you can begin with just a few minutes of practice a day; practising connecting with natural world through the five senses, or with the nature inside, the world of sensations, thoughts and emotions. 

Whatever we experience, we practise being with whatever arises.
