We mistakenly try to define awareness in terms of thought, but awareness is the context within which thought occurs. This session simplifies reality into four key components. We explore the Observer (that which sees all), Space (the boundless capacity for everything to exist), Form (the material world), and Life/Vibration (the vitality that makes it real). The journey is to recognize that you are fundamentally Space—the infinite, unchanging container in which the other three components appear and disappear. This direct experience of your ultimate position brings immediate cessation to mental noise and establishes you in a state of unshakeable peace and truth.
