I created this as we entered the pandemic, and so much was unknown. The metaphor of a mountain can be very useful anytime we are experiencing life challenges. The image of a mountain - stable, deeply rooted - just being can teach us many things. I often recommend this meditation anytime you feel ungrounded in life. It always centers me and calms me down.
