Denials and Affirmations

Scovel Shinn teaches that denials are powerful statements that reject the reality or power of apparent evil, lack, disease, or limitation. She suggests saying, “I deny this appearance of disease/loss/fear—it is unreal and has no power over me or in my life." These sayings clear false beliefs from the subconscious. One should always follow a denial immediately with a positive affirmation of the spiritual truth. Such as perfection, supply, or health in the Divine Mind. This combination impresses the subconscious and brings results.
