Somatic tracking tension may bring a lot of relief or just a little, and either way, it's incredible that comes from just paying attention.

This can be a resource, a safe space to come back to when using somatics to address pain or trauma. We don't want to feel overwhelmed when doing this work and want to remind ourselves that we're safe, so we can come back to these positive memories, feelings, and sensations when we need to.
