Loving others unconditionally starts by offering always first to ourselves. This practice requires gentle visualization. You can offer this practice to yourself in moments of stress, regret, grief, chronic discomfort, or just for strengthening your loving awareness and compassion for yourself.

Offering Loving-Kindness To Ourselves

In this session, we practice building awareness through the breath. Consider this practice for settling the mind through the breath while we observe the natural flow and resting in the awareness of the present moment. This practice can be used early morning, before bed, or for a quick break for settling the mind.

Awareness Through The Body Breathing

This is the second stage of loving-kindness. Offer to any person as friends, relatives, or others that are going through rough times or to yourself for relieving suffering from the suffering of the people you love.
