Best You
This exercise helps us truly think and feel what it means to achieve a goal that we have, whether it be in a few months or years. It is mental and emotional visualization, and could serve as a motivator for us to work toward achieving that goal.

Visualization
As I did this exercise and pictured my body being stronger and moving faster I felt motivated to stay focused on my goals this year.

BERNICE
I noticed that I felt calm and joyous upon visualising my future self , even though the image changed often during the short meditation. Perhaps the future self isn’t just one state but many.
Same moment, different outfits, sights, temperature. Imagery is clearer when you think about the details.
