Most comprehensive Yoga Nidra on Aura
The author’s voice, the length of the meditation, the structuring of the exercises and consistent guidance makes this meditation the most engaging Yoga Nidra exercise I have ever done. In the past, I found Yoga Nidra relaxing, but would often drift off before the practice was complete. I especially enjoyed the positive visualization portion, which I use as a pick me up throughout the day. I do this meditation daily at the end of the day and it ALWAYS relaxes me.

TOTALLY RELAXED
My goodness was I able to relax and that’s saying a lot. I hadn’t sleep well and was so exhausted. I crawled into a hot epsome salt bath. While in the tub I listened to this. After I was able to get some much needed rest. I am excited to add this to my list.
