Yoga, Breathing & Sound is a guided yoga sequence to develop an awareness of extending the out-breath with sound and movement to invite ease into the body and to reduce stress. It's important to keep the body moving during times of stress and to learn how to lengthen the out-breath. Sound can be a wonderful way to support release and ease in the body.
