Yikes!!
I have had a very stressful day filled with pain and organ problems. And I know most on Aura would relate, I just needed a moment!! This meditation was really great because the exercise took me from feeling tense and unhappy to giggling! I will use the yikes practice in my breathing when I get overwhelmed from now on. Thanks!! ❤️

Life threw a curveball at me today but my anxiety puts everything into overdrive in terms of stress. What I imagine feeling normal feels like is me recognizing this situation is a tough one, but it's necessary for me to remove myself from the situation and not let it work it's way into my psyche so that it isn't such a burden on me anymore. It's a situation that can and will be handled, and it will only be handled well if I can make this problem smaller in my mind and let the "yikes" out of my body.
