A great way to start your day! we so easily get into worrying about the day and thinking about what's going to be difficult - so why not try something completely different, and try wishing people well before you see them? see if it makes a difference both to your mood and how the conversation goes.
I learned that focusing on someone else having a good day allowed me to stop internal chatter for awhile.
I learned that when I wish people I see during the day well it makes me feel good about myself. It also makes those people feel good. It’s a win-win situation to tell other people that you care about them and how the days going to go in affect your caring about yourself and how your day will go as well

I do that for a couple of years already. Especially at the office as the ending of my emails. People come speaking to me more and treat me well. This is a seed of trust
