What , Me Worry?
The Breath is a very powerful tool to bring you back into the present moment. Check in with the breath, go home with the breath, relax with the breath, let go with the breath... in this moment is all there is... live in it, and don’t worry about past or future as you are not in the present moment when you are fixated in those , plus that leads to anxiety... stress causss adrenal surges, which are usually short-lives, but can be CNN problematic s SD o don’t stress!! What, Me Worry??!!
