Focusing on the breath
Loved this meditation. Focusing on the movement of breath and having a really solid meditation. Lovely and clear voice which was easy to understand but not to invasive with too many words.

I guess that breathing can help in so many moments in life. I always forget to breathe when I needed the most. So it was really helpful to stop for a little while and just breathe

Visualization of Breath
I had a vision come to me while I was breathing and focusing on my body's response. I felt parts of my chest expanding like plates on the chest armor of a superhero. I could see the solid plates, and the soft connecting membranes between them. Exhaling looked like everything contracting, back to a familiar form. It's a strange sensation, to feel like your whole body is expanding outward every time you breathe.

I learned that deeper forms of breathing allow my body to relax more fully. I'm grateful that I ended my day in meditation.

I feel the information in this 3min meditation would have been plenty for 10 or 15 minutes.
Less would be more. More space, more silence, more stillness would be a greater benefit.

The 7 min meditation for this one is perfect. It took me a while to steady my breathing to a normal rhythm but once I did I felt at ease. Breathing exercises are nice in the morning when my mind is racing and I can just take a moment to focus on one central part of my universe, my breathing. Sometimes it baffles me just how hard it is to catch your breath at times, even during simple moments. Visualizing really helps me, pleasing my hand on my chest and feeling it rise and fall. Maybe I need to try the breathing feature itself a little more often ~

The Whole Blessed Thing
Perceiving the ebb and flow of breath throughout my entire body allowed my mental focus to soften, expand and relax. It also allowed my entire body to feel acknowledged, included and validated in this most vital process of breathing. All parts feel important. I am whole. <sigh with a smile>

It is so important to take time for yourself and come back to breathing. Taking those deep breaths help you to focus and bring you back to calmness in any situation so that you can be your best at everything you do!

After hard work a miracle appears. When surrounded by a loving & caring team, the pain & suffering is reduced through touch, warmth, pressure, movement, and knowledge. Heather is a significant name in my story. She was my doula, 1st attorney, and child protector. Heather, the flower, would pair well with evergreens. She was another angel in my outfield.

Today’s meditation was absolutely the worst meditation to have with glitches. This meditation has odd pauses. Couple that with the app stopping/freezing unexpectedly… it wasn’t a good experience. It wasn’t what I have been used to. This kind of worries me because I’ve recommended this app to other people. One friend in particular didn’t seem as excited about the app as I was. This one friend, I think, really needs something like this because she suffers from migraines. She said the app is frustrating to use. I thought that she was saying this because she wasn’t really using it. Now I’m not so sure.My experience today was very frustrating.

I’ve been feeling really anxious lately and I’ve realized it’s because I’ve gone a few days without meditating. This was the perfect exercise to get me back into the swing of things, reminding myself that sometimes it’s okay to just take a moment to breathe. So often we forget how important it is to just have a moment to take it all in, and focus on nothing more than the inhales and exhales we are taking. It’s a truly liberating experience and I can’t wait to do it again.

It helped to slow my brain down. My thought were panicked and jumpy. I'm hungry, that was distracting. I need practice, but maybe another speaker that doesn't talk about breathing. Or maybe that doesn't exist haha. It's okay not to have a plan. You're not alone. It's okay to feel bad. Perfection is not what you're striving for.
