Loved this meditation. Focusing on the movement of breath and having a really solid meditation. Lovely and clear voice which was easy to understand but not to invasive with too many words.
I learned that the breath affects different parts of the body at different times.
Breathe helps so much
I guess that breathing can help in so many moments in life. I always forget to breathe when I needed the most. So it was really helpful to stop for a little while and just breathe
Visualization of Breath
I had a vision come to me while I was breathing and focusing on my body's response. I felt parts of my chest expanding like plates on the chest armor of a superhero. I could see the solid plates, and the soft connecting membranes between them. Exhaling looked like everything contracting, back to a familiar form. It's a strange sensation, to feel like your whole body is expanding outward every time you breathe.
Relaxing requires breathing
I learned that deeper forms of breathing allow my body to relax more fully. I'm grateful that I ended my day in meditation.
I feel the information in this 3min meditation would have been plenty for 10 or 15 minutes.
Less would be more. More space, more silence, more stillness would be a greater benefit.
The 7 min meditation for this one is perfect. It took me a while to steady my breathing to a normal rhythm but once I did I felt at ease. Breathing exercises are nice in the morning when my mind is racing and I can just take a moment to focus on one central part of my universe, my breathing. Sometimes it baffles me just how hard it is to catch your breath at times, even during simple moments. Visualizing really helps me, pleasing my hand on my chest and feeling it rise and fall. Maybe I need to try the breathing feature itself a little more often ~
I feel relaxed. Breathing meditations usually make me feel more anxious. But I placed my hands on my stomach to feel the breathing
This meditation just didn't do it for me like I hoped it would
Simply thinking about a body part brings your awareness to that part of the body. Maintaining it ,is a way to focus on yourself and focus on your breath
The Whole Blessed Thing
Perceiving the ebb and flow of breath throughout my entire body allowed my mental focus to soften, expand and relax. It also allowed my entire body to feel acknowledged, included and validated in this most vital process of breathing. All parts feel important. I am whole. <sigh with a smile>
Breathing is more than an internal function. It includes your whole body and not just your airways
Noticed that my whole body has movement during concentrated breathing. The things you don't recognize during the regular course of the day. 👍
From all those meditations I think this is the voice I like the most. 👍🏻
that I can control my breathing and feel it all through my body
Whole body breathing
During and after this meditation I was so relaxed that, in order to move, I would have to be a puppet on a string. I love this session. ❤️
I focused on my breath, I gave it different colors for inhalation and exhalation. This helps me stay focused and release distraction
Full body connection
This session was so relaxing I got lost felt like a little butterfly opening it’s wings for the first time what a connection with full body breathing 💛🙏🏻
Whole body breathing
I found the guided meditation calming and helped with focus.
I learned that breathing can take many shapes and forms depending on your body
A New Day 10-10-17
I learned that stopping for a few minutes to breathe especially after a few phones calls or morning Chores is so important to clear the mind..I learned that meditating is great and brings a new start to any situation.
This session is very calming! I feel less stressed! I feel like I had a bunch of bad air inside me and after, I let it all out and got brand new air!!! Loved this!
I get so stressed right before a big test or before big test and exams. This was so helpful!
voice isn't the perfect one..
waited for music,,didn't come..
combined voice and music always worked good for me..not this single ok voice not even deep smooth one
" Foculization" 😎
As each breath approaches...I'm focused!
I'm at peace and share a oneness with the universe.
Back to basics
I quite enjoyed this more back to basics and return to breathing exercise. Nice to Hans some spaces in between the guided meditation.
It is so important to take time for yourself and come back to breathing. Taking those deep breaths help you to focus and bring you back to calmness in any situation so that you can be your best at everything you do!
Help is always good
Help is always good, specially professional good intended help...
I put myself away I trade my life for pennies and all just to put myself away
I learned that just the simple act of breathing in and out can can calm the body and the mind. My nervous system is very thankful :)
Full body breathing
It feels great to breath deeply. It’s frosty outside but my fingers and toes are warm. Namaste
Whole body breathing
A wonderful thoughtfully constructed lesson helpful to my days start middle and finish.
When I am totally distracted and feeling overwhelmed I can take A few minutes for me
I deserve to take the time to reconnect with me. It will bring me back to the moment .
A big happy jelly
That’s what I felt like while thinking about the many ways my bodies was moving at the same time with a simple breath, while staying whole and light.
Labor & delivery
After hard work a miracle appears. When surrounded by a loving & caring team, the pain & suffering is reduced through touch, warmth, pressure, movement, and knowledge. Heather is a significant name in my story. She was my doula, 1st attorney, and child protector. Heather, the flower, would pair well with evergreens. She was another angel in my outfield.
Exhale my. Problems
I'm going to be in a strong enough place for the deep exhaled breath brought
Me s peaceful sleep better than the use of melatonin although at my age l still don't produce enough of the stuff
I learned that making time to meditate everyday is essential. It must be a HABIT like brushing teeth
I learned that breathing concentration can really make me feel relaxed.
Today’s meditation was absolutely the worst meditation to have with glitches. This meditation has odd pauses. Couple that with the app stopping/freezing unexpectedly… it wasn’t a good experience. It wasn’t what I have been used to. This kind of worries me because I’ve recommended this app to other people. One friend in particular didn’t seem as excited about the app as I was. This one friend, I think, really needs something like this because she suffers from migraines. She said the app is frustrating to use. I thought that she was saying this because she wasn’t really using it. Now I’m not so sure.My experience today was very frustrating.
Concentrating on my breathing is relaxing. Who knew that this would happen and that I would look forward to this!
just take a minute everyday and feel ur breath throughout your entire body💆🏼
Focusing on where my breath is going and what it feels like and looks like is helpful to keep my mind from wondering
Take a moment
To sit and feel your body moving, to feel your body living and functioning while your day continues on and the remaining minutes tick away. So important to sit back and just appreciate all that the body does with little to no effort at all.
Some days there are more tension in some parts of my body. By being mindful, I am on my journey to getting to know myself better
My First Meditation
I learned that finding the time to meditate isn’t as difficult as you make it out to be. Those few minutes before bed where I would usually waste time of FB, I will now devote to meditation and reading.
Reconnecting With the World
Each day we need to take a moment apart from all the distractions, apart from the thinking, and the overthinking. Now is the time to pull your attention into each passing breath. The time to feel the air circulating through your mind, and your body. To focus in on the simple things; create a balance between them and the not so simple things in life.
Whole body breathing session
some small details that we don’t notice are really helpful, we should take that blind eyes off and feel blessed with them
January 7th, 2018
This just made me so aware of my body and made me so at peace with my body and it was such a great feeling, somtimes I need to just calm down for a second and be aware of everything around me and mt whole body.
Whole Body Breathing
I learned that focusing on a simple thing, like your breath, can help you to expand you awareness to greater things, such as the whole body.
Where breathe travels
It is interesting to think our breathe travels farther than our lungs and the affect it has.
I learned that being aware of your breathing is very calming for the body and can help you relax in stressful situations.
Breathing helped me focus on the inner me and still the voices of what, when and why running in my thoughts, calming me down and centering me. Much needed meditation.
I learnt that sometimes my eyes twitch when I’m meditating, probably due to my thoughts
I learned that breathing is everything and not to focus on the act of breathing but to focus on what is does to your whole body before, during, and after an inhalation.
Just living in the moment
Breathing re centers our minds a great practice for everyday life as well as staying mindful and well centered with the body and mind.
Following the rhythm of breathing fosters relaxation and reconnection to yourself
Full Body Sensation
By moving the focus of the breathing from my chest, to my throat, to my entire body, I began to feel a deeply calm and relaxed within. This is a feeling I wish to hold on to and bring myself back to in times of stress.
I’ve been feeling really anxious lately and I’ve realized it’s because I’ve gone a few days without meditating. This was the perfect exercise to get me back into the swing of things, reminding myself that sometimes it’s okay to just take a moment to breathe. So often we forget how important it is to just have a moment to take it all in, and focus on nothing more than the inhales and exhales we are taking. It’s a truly liberating experience and I can’t wait to do it again.
Breath and body are completely intertwined. I relax when I breathe and notice how each affects the other
What I learned
I learned that when I just close my eyes and take depth breathes it helps me tremendously both physically and mentally
I learned that taking time to breath is really important and will help relax my body before bed.
What I learned day 1
I learned that if you focus on breathing then it will help you sleep quicker
I learned that i need to focus more on the small things in life, like breathing
Increased self-awareness through breath
By focusing on my breath I have learned many things about my body. I have a new awareness of my physical vehicle.
I definitely needed a moment to lay down and breathe this morning. What I love about meditation and mindfulness is that you can do it anywhere, just by breathing!
Whole body breathing
My body quakes slightly when I inhale. Hmmmm. Much steadier on exhale. My chest does rise slightly. I will continue to work on this and be aware
Breathing in the Moment
The simple act of breathing serves as an anchor. When I take the time to focus on my breathing, I become instantly relaxed. Just like a boat, if I begin to drift a bit, my anchor (focus on breath) gently pulls me back to center.
Focusing and concentrating on the breath helped with the meditation. Thank you
A pesar de mantenerme tranquilo, los analisis de esta práctica me ayuda a comprender que a veces el cuerpo requiere estímulos y sobre todo respeto, ya que es un elemebto más ante todos.
Noticing where you breath goes and what it feels like in the body
Even with so much to do today, after getting back from a vacation, taking a few minutes to re-center feels pretty great.
I’m feeling numb, alone and scared
I learned that Breathing calmed my alone feeling. I am going to try and do that more often, because I tend to hold my breath a lot.
I learned that listening to your body and feeling what it does when you breathe is relaxing and helpful
I learned that I should do this in a comfortable area and not a school parking lot where I already feel anxious.
I am very stressed
I am very stressed, need listen to my body, i am.very new to meditation and I try my best to find the beat way.
I’m really trying to incorporate mediation in my everyday life, it’s hard when you’re a working graduate student. I am trying to be more aware of my body to make a positive change... I’m tired of not caring and letting myself go. I want to be a more positive and welcoming person. Hopefully changing from the inside will influence the outside.
I feel more calm then I was before and less anxious. I’m one with my breathing and I love that!
I’m feeling much better and my stress and sadness has lifted
Walking for 5-mile and doing stretches then mediate help me to go with flow to feel better
The focus I️ put into my breathing really helped to calm and quiet my body down. It was very relaxing and I️ like how this mindful exercise made me feel.
Today I really learned how easy it is to miss someone who is right in front of you, even if you are fully aware that you shouldn’t be missing them.
I learnt that I have to pray all the time. Or else my whole day will be so much worse.
I feel more aware of my breathing and my body feels lighter.
It helped to slow my brain down. My thought were panicked and jumpy. I'm hungry, that was distracting. I need practice, but maybe another speaker that doesn't talk about breathing. Or maybe that doesn't exist haha.
It's okay not to have a plan. You're not alone. It's okay to feel bad. Perfection is not what you're striving for.
it was hard to actual think how breathing felt and i was open to new ways to describe it. it was calming. i did have some difficulty holding the attention. this was kind of a more distracting one
Focusing on my breath and body is the best way to slow my mind and release tension I’m holding
Meditation Reflection April 19
I really enjoyed this meditation and found it productive to focus first on specific parts of the body and then open it to the entire body as a whole.
Whole Body Breathing
It was more challenging to send my breath to my whole body and yet, the effort brought awareness of tension needing to be released. I have much to learn.🙏🏻
Whole body breathing
It was so relaxing i thought it was not going to work but it did🥰
it was difficult for me to connect today but I found calmness in trying.
I learned that I can take the time to practice my breathing. It doesn’t have the be perfect. Thank you for reminding me.
