A great beginning
I feel that this series will be a great help to me. I am not my thoughts. This statement in itself is so simple yet to actually live with a belief in it would be life changing. I look forward to listening to the rest of this series.

A healthy mind
I really liked this. I learned that there is so much to being mindful. Letting our thoughts and feelings flow freely. I look forward to the next session in this series! I also like the person presenting this. Kind voice.

Mind
We are not our thoughts, we can manage them by practise. We cannot be drive by our thinking.

Putting it into practice
I look forward to hearing his recommendations for putting this into practice. It’s easy to hold to “I am not my thoughts” in a calm, controlled space. Not always so easy to carry that with me into the chaos of daily life.

Being aware of thoughts and feelings.
It’s refreshing to learn that I am not my thoughts and that I can learn to manage these in the further so that my body is not activated by thoughts and I can continue on with my day.

I know I can filter and label my thoughts but I need to practice that.
