I know what I need
Sometimes during these moments I'll talk out loud during the silences, or journal in response to the meditation. This afternoon I began to have a panic attack. This usually happens after a series of really small and minute frustrations stacks up in a short period of time. From the beginning of this particular moment I began to speak aloud my thoughts and feelings during the silences. Soon it was as if I was having a fluid conversation with the teacher. It was the most affirming and calming session I've had yet. Truly appreciate this one ๐
