Water
It’s not about empty or full.. it’s letting go. It does more damage to hold on to something, anything for more than a moment.

How heavy is your glass
I learned that in life holding onto something that stresses you will cause it to become heavy and hurt you more than it should.

Bread
Life is much like bread. It will eventually go stale and start to rot, and it is your duty to throw that bread in the bin when the time comes. Not continue to eat it just cuz it’s there.

Weight of Stress
When you let go of your ties that are holding you down from enjoying life, you realize you have so much to be grateful for. And you shouldn’t let your stress or worries take that away.

WEIGHT OF WATER
I learned that even though my anxieties may only seem light at the moment as they continue to grow and spread they are getting heavier and heavier

Stress
I heard a new way to tangibly illustrate the effects of stress on us. This perspective gave me another way to understand and relate to just how heavy holding on to our burdens can become. Forgive, let go and renew. All part of remembering who you really are and what you are here to do. Every moment of every day is a chance to choose differently.

Weight of water
This story is a great illustration of how stressful thoughts can weigh us down-I know for me I have done exactly what she was saying-carrying the stressful thoughts with me on & on-& it does weigh me down. Put down the stressful thoughts like you put down a glass of water. I am definitely saving this story as a reminder for myself to let go of thoughts that are not helpful.

Weight of Water
I learned that if you hold a grudge for too long, it will soon stress you out. You should never hold on to grudges for they can destroy you.

Water story
Why should I keep thinking about the bad situations and keep stressing over the little things when I can just “drop it” and let it all go and enjoy that moment.
