Morning flow
I woke up feeling very disconnected from my body which my body responds to with tension. This 10 minute yoga flow was perfect to get my body moving and blood flowing as I begin my day and also allowed me to reconnect with my body coming from a place of nurturing and love. I always struggle to feel that I have time to get my meditation and yoga practice in every morning. Offering such a complete session in 10 minutes is exactly what I need! With gratitude ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
