Just what I needed
I am so thankful for this advice. This session is a roadmap that helped unmuddle my mind when I contemplate all my goals. It provides a simple common sense way for me to start doing and not just thinking and feeling overwhelmed about my goals . Thank you.
Love this, with my adhd mind, just breaking down my goals, in steps and timelines, is a very useful way of going about this. It gets overwhelming being a Single Mama, and have so many things to juggle
