I am sitting in my living g room doing this meditation and my dog jumps up into my lap and just lays down and meditates with me! That’s a good meditation for ya!

Unshaken
Sitting in a dignified stance, I performed a quick body scan to relax any tension. I became aware of the physical sensations occurring as this body breaths on its own. Following Nitima’s guidance, I visualized a mountain in my mind’s eye. Seeing its peak soar in the sky, this massive mountain sits gracefully in the Alaskan Range. It has withstood the test of time, remaining unshaken through the storms, through the seasons and through the calm. I see the ruggedness of the rocks and with Wonder Lake at the base of this great one, I notice all of the vegetation, animals, birds and insects this unique ecosystem supports. Becoming one with this mountain, I am unshaken by the storms that may come my way. Becoming one with this mountain, I am still and patient. Becoming one with this mountain, I am kind and gentle. Becoming one with this mountain, I stand tall. I am the unshaken Denali. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

I often forget I am a mountain and not just a pebble being pushed along by the water from a mountain! This mediation reminds me in a beautiful way that I am “The Mountain!” and puts me in a very calm yet powerful state of being! Thank you🥰💕🤗❤️
