Ultimate deep sleep meditation
This was excellent for achieving deep relaxation needed for sleep. This is a lengthier meditation which allows me to focus on relaxation exercises when I’m a bit more distracted. The music is nice in this recording.

Works Wonderfully!

Perfect !
I felt myself relax immediately! I had tried several other sleep inducing offerings but I felt like Goldilocks! Too hard, too soft, but this was just right. Ahhhhhh

I noticed that I was able to settle down quickly and I drifted off easily.

Calming for sure
I’ve had sleep issues for at least 50 years. What this session does is help your mind to relax. I’ve been doing diaphragmatic breathing for the last year before going to sleep so this aids in that process. The narrators voice is soothing, and stretching out all the energy of the day is a good practice.
