Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each ”session” will begin with brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. I learned today to be easy on my thoughts. Let them sort of come and go without getting upset about them or judging them. Little by little. By coming back to the breathe and just “be” in the moment I find the peace within me.
