The main practice is a breathing technique that Reuben calls 'The Push'. This is to soothe the nervous system and leave you feeling more centered, grounded, calm, and expanded, once again.

Really helped with anxiety
I clicked on this recording because I could feel myself starting to have an anxiety attack, and this was the first thing that popped up when I searched for “anxiety”. I was skeptical but nothing has ever helped so much to calm my anxiety! I feel so much better! This is honestly a game changer.
