There are so many benefits of meditation including the use of our breath to return to the present moment. One of the most powerful actions we can take is to live in the preshent moment; to gain awareness, to quiet our mind, and to shift our perspective. In this meditation you will also discover how to experience your 'breath cycle' as a new (and rather magical way) of holding attention in the present; in the space and calm of 'now'. This is a simple meditation and it works so very well!! I really love it!! Namaste!! xo dorothy

Nerves. Jitters. Anxiety. Were gone because of how the event was organized. I got to warm up before the 1st card was played. I had excellent people watching my body language. I learned how to trust myself. When I was done I honored my needs. So thankful for my angels tonight. So grateful that I honored my heart, soul, mind, and body.

Wow
Nothing brings more peace than having a small amount of time for yourself, to just breathe and focus on the now. Not yesterday, tomorrow or in a couple hours. Just now.

The Present Moment
There are so many distractions all day...everyday presenting the challenges to a mindfulness practice. Our breath is always there, too, offering relief and focus. Thanks, Dorothy, for the reminder. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป.

Excellent meditation
I love, just love, knowing my breathe. It makes me feel love and present. All our worries and fears are just illusions being played out by our mind. We just need to stop being a prisoner of our own mind.

What is right
I learned that in these moments I have the most clear and conscious thoughts on my life. Not while Iโ€™m busy running around during the day, because thatโ€™s when my thoughts tend to run as well. I felt very at peace after this session. I feel incredibly relaxed and confident in what is happening in my life, especially with it being finals week.

About to take a big exam....
Itโ€™s amazing how much more relaxed I feel. And yes loved the quote โ€œfear is the favorite disease of the 20th centuryโ€. My goal is to live without fear and to learn from my mistakes. And above all....to be gentle with myself as I learn.
