Cant sleep after heard the story...it doesnt help me...its 4:30 am and i am still awake. Help

I am confused and not getting focus to understand the story...Lots of stress full thoughts strike at the same time and then I lost the track of the story.

The story was wonderful but my headache I woke up with this morning has not left me with a good feeling this morning.

Vile

A “sweet story”!!?, that references both suicide and death!!? It is vile and absolutely disgusting that this was categorized under “children bedtime”. You should be ashamed of yourselves - these are not healthy topics for a 4 year old.
