We try to prove ourselves right to others. Why is that so important to do so. Can we sit with ourselves and be content? When we are content with ourselves there is no need to prove anything to anybody.

Silence
I learned that sometimes it’s better to stay silent for it may harm your relationships with people or other parts of your life.

Be thoughtful and lead by example by pursuing your best
Don’t break your quest for better by/ just to be right/superior or put others down; lead by example in following your personal quest for better; if it won’t add to the pool of meaning of a conversation, don’t say it. Think before you speak or act.

Be to yourself
I learned.. don’t try to point out anyone’s mistakes and be a follower and be aware of your own self by accepting your own actions.

Reminded… 😀
How many times have I exclaimed words in anxiety! Oh and how many times I have pointed fingers of judgment toward others. And still how I look toward others without looking within to seek answers that are already there. Sadly, I have cackled with disdain toward others while calling out that it was I who won! But truth to be told is that it is the maturity level in each situation that is shown. Had I accepted the guidance OF THE ☝🏼wiser than I in THOSE MOMENTS, then possibly-maybe- all there including myself would have achieved an enlightened state of wellbeing! That IS what we are to do, grow and help each other.

It is good to remeber that often spoken words make no difference. Do the right thing and that makes the difference

Thank you for the reminder to filter my thoughts before speaking them.

One again, I have reflected on this before. This tells me that I need to hear it again!!!! Filter your thoughts before you speak

I listened twice by accident. Glad I did! This illustrates, "Go out and preach. If necessary, use words.". It really wasn't necessary. If it was, the words would have been something " useful for building up:" something kind. I'm going to keep this in my thoughts this week!
