The Deep Peace Of The Sea

You may have heard the phrase "Drama is optional", and while I know that it can be frustrating to be told that we can actually opt out of drama and our stories around what should and should not be, it is true nonetheless. Just like there can be a raging storm on the surface of the sea while in its depth, there is nothing but peace and tranquility, so do we have the ability to stay in peace and harmony even when there is turbulence in our lives. The question is, what are we choosing?
