The calm and cool breath is a practice of 4-7-8 breathing which allows us to tune into our body, notice our present moment experience, and connect with the breath to bring calm to our experience. It can be used to start the day with clarity, to bring ease to a moment of anger or sadness, to manage stress or anxiety, or simply to help us pause and notice.
