Grounding in the body
I learned that it some days are easier for my mind not to wander. However even when my mind wanders I benefit from taking time for myself to be in meditation.

Good start
I felt myself thinking about my body and my movement. Lost interest about halfway probably because it is the end of the day. I need to listen to shorter things later in the day.
