Tea Meditation
Using day as meditation is really helpful in the middle of a busy day. Part aromatherapy, part meditation. Very relaxing.
There’s almost tomorrow. Before bed it’s so beneficial to unwind. I have to keep this up. I’m going to find a routine and stick to it. This honestly brought me so much joy. I really did enjoy this. Your mind???? Is the most precious thing you have. Take care of it. I’m learning that slowly but for sure surly. And I’m loving it. One ,one thing before I go. Don’t care how ppl treat you. Ppl are going through things you’ll never know about and they take it out on you. You just have to be strong enough to walk away with strong emotions. Cause at night you can let it all out when you have time to yourself. So happy I’m learning all of this now. I am thankful. I am blessed. Thank you god! Goodnight all!
