New habits
The scenario in this track is an exact copy out of a day in my life. I started on a journey 4 months ago. It took 3 months before I understood that I'm trying to undo almost 30 years of habits and a few months is not enough time to expect big changes. I still usually give in at night but I don't go overboard as much as I used to.

Old Habits
The key to breaking old habits is self awareness and making a conscious choice that supports your wellbeing.It is much like rewiring our brains from the negativity bias.Changing old habits takes time. Small consistent changes is the key to introducing new habits. A few months ago, some of my old habits have started to creep back in. I am aware of this. And, have started to make better choices for my health and wellbeing. It is important to show yourself compassion when you are working on changing your old habits.
