Wonderful
I really enjoyed this. The music in the background somehow made it easier to focus on the exercise. The narrator also does a great job of giving you just enough time to practice the exercise of your own, but not enough to forget what you're supposed to be doing. Highly recommended!

Feeling stressed out there is ways to de stress you can write a journal 📓 or you can meditate & relax in s bath 🛀 & you can do some yoga 🧘‍♂️ or you can do some colouring therapy there is lots of things you can do to de stress your self

Also my first Extended meditation. Loved the part of what was real and not real. My anxiety is thoughts and story pictures in my mine- what a needed concept- and trees are something I love and my spirit filler, I’m still smiling

Great meditation for me. I imagined myself observing from outside, breathing into the real sensations of my body. Best yet. I’m encouraged! I even cried a little At the end. ❤️

I almost didn’t do this one because it was longer. Then, I was so stressed I decided a longer one was what I needed. This is the first time I’ve listened to Andrea and I really liked her guidance through the meditation. My mind got sidetracked a few times, but this turned out to be very calming. Glad I tried it!

Nice long meditation 👍
I really did enjoy this meditation and my mind stayed present for most of it. After so many minutes when I was very relaxed and feeling happy and content my mind started to wander. But, I found my way back and enjoyed this wonderful meditation for a few more minutes. I also enjoyed that there was no Aura music at the beginning and the ending, just nice pleasant background music all the way through. Thanks Andrea🙏

Nice meditation to still the mind
I enjoyed this meditation very much. Found that I was actually pretty relaxed and chilled out as the narration invited me to notice different sensations and thoughts. Now, I’m going to get cleaned up and get out of the house, maybe grab a lunch out today, hit the grocery store, drop my wife’s forgotten mobile phone off to her at school. Lots to accomplish this week! Have a great one tribe!

Relaxed but...
I was confused when the speaker talked about resisting “the urge to read” but I think she was talking about eating. Anyone else have the same thoughts? I’m not an eater but I do read a lot so maybe I heard what applies to me.

This was the first time that I felt proper guidance through meditation. I want to meditate or NEED to but my mind wonders so much. This recording kept reminding me what to visualize and that a wondering mind is ok and how to get back to being grounded. This was 15mins Iong and I look forward to doing this again this afternoon. I’ve had this app for months and finally found something that may work! Feeling hopeful

What’s Real?
I got sad when she said that the thoughts in my mind weren’t real. Sad because some of them were a source of joy, memories of times past, but also sad that I was letting go of some “comfortable” thoughts that were actually bringing me pain, thoughts that have been around for a long time. Why did I WANT to hold on to those so badly?!

This meditation reminded me that my thoughts aren’t real, my thoughts and worries are just that - thoughts and worries. Learning to stop and pay attention to the present moment is something I am practicing every week ❤️

With the closing door visual, I learnt that I could close a door to the thoughts drifting in and out of my mind, and in that very motion realign my focus with the present moment. It was very grounding. I also learnt that, thoughts don’t exist outside of our heads, and in that the only real weight they have is what we give to them. I experienced a profound sense of clarity while engaging in this practice. Peace to all.

Possibly the best session on here!
Such a beautiful session and one that made me calm and less stressed almost from the get go! Beautifully paced words and combined with the warmth and sounds coming from the beach this morning made it that much more special
