Makes me stop, realise where am at in my life rightnow and all the great things that i can be greatfull for

I’ve been trying to relax and not be overwhelmed but having a hard time. I wake up in the morning gritting my teeth. Then the anxiety kicks in and I try to get things done with that energy. After a few hours and getting some tasks done I still can’t shake it. So decided to laid down and listen to some soothing sounds and meditation. I hope it works soon.
