I'm ready to have a happy day. Starting my day with calm confidence. Being in the present moment.

My Dad is having cataract surgery today which during his recovery time I will be his caregiver. He is in the early stages of dementia. When I woke up this morning, my mind was already going into overdrive over what the next month will be like. Listening to Dr.Lizโ€™s soothing voice along with tuning my breath to the background sounds, my mind settles down back to the present moment. I feel calm, confident, and anchored that everything is going to be okay. I got this! Taking care of others is one of my gifts. Thanks so much Dr.Liz for creating this session.
