I have used touch to soothe and calm myself quite a bit. It really works. Touch is a basic need all humans have.

A friend in me
I learned that I can always find a friend in myself if I only allow it. That that small voice inside you is someone you can rely on because it’s you. And no one else should love you more than you. Thank you for this practice. Namaste 🙏

Breathe in all that that ails us -the anxiety, the sadness, and release it all when exhaling. Remember to be kind to others, but mainly to yourself. In order to be an agent of change, you must first change yourself for the better -be compassionate to yourself as you would be for others. Take care of your body, mind & sould by just breathing and letting go.

I used this practice
