Allow this Sleep meditation to help guide you to the restorative, peaceful and relaxing sleep that you deserve. During our exercise, we relax the body and take deep, full belly breaths activating the vagus nerve. Activating the vagus nerve and using the diaphragm sends signals to the brain and central nervous system that it is time for sleep. Today's meditation was adapted with permission from Mindfulness Exercises as I had purchased their product.
