Really need to try some of the advice given in this session I guess! In-and-of-itself this isn't a reading bedtime session, but the advice offered may help me otherwise!
Don't think im likely to find myself able to start enjoying some good rest until I can upgrade my bed/mattress though. This one is in poor shape, and causes me to sleep in uncomfortable ways, which, along with my physical discomfort in my very body means little true rest is possible!
My neurologist has prescribed a new medication for me which is supposed to make me drowsy as a side effect, but after a few days on it, I'm not finding it very effective for me. Unfortunately.
