About 50% of adults experience occasional bouts of insomnia & one in 10 suffer from chronic insomnia. Sleep can be affected by quantity & quality. Getting short, broken sleep or stressful sleep experiences where the body isn't able to rest properly can affect our energy levels during the day, our mental health, the way that we interact with others & our perception of ourselves. It is all too common, with many people working harder, longer, faster, and sleeping less it is more important than ever to bring our attention to our evening schedule. How are you falling asleep? We can & should give ourselves time to work out & wind down, express unused energy & slowly release physical, emotional & mental tensions of the day. Sleep Well.
