I fell asleep before the session was over last night. Tonight, I’m going to bed at exactly the time I’m ready for sleep and not spend hours on my phone looking through old photos, cleaning out my email, Facebook, etc. The soft rain sound I let run all night. I’m handicapped since an equestrian accident in 2004, so over the years with multiple joint replacements & fusion surgeries, I don’t have the ability to burn off a lot of energy during the day. I sleep too late and stay awake too late. I believe this App is going to help many bad habits. 🙏

I listened to it and considering all the sleep deprived nights I’ve had this put me to sleep quit quickly. I really enjoyed the tone and tempo of this very good session. One of my favorites.

Last night I dreamt of the end of the world. The end came in a fire storm that spewed molten lava in tidal waves. J gathered all the pets and creatures I could find. I agreed to hold close all the abandoned cats and dogs left scattered around clinging to dry land. I chose to wait with the animals for the end. I held them so close in the final moments as we were swallowed up by the lava. I woke up drenched in sweat.

I learned that when I’m feeling angry and super anxious, I can choose not to be angry RIGHT NOW. That way I can silence the feelings I’m feeling in order to sleep, even though I have a valid reason to be angry.
