I noticed when I listened to this mediation it almost got me to sleep perhaps listening to music 🎶 will help too.

I felt nothing
I couldn’t feel any difference. I’m still lying here wide awake and I don’t have a subscription or a paid version. So I’m going to be here for a while.

It put me nearly to sleep right away. Granted I’m already tired and sleepy and I don’t usually have trouble falling asleep, but even with that, the speed that this started to make me nod-off was so fast.

The speaker took too long of pauses jn between what she was saying.

This meditation was poor. The pauses are way too long and just as you start to relax, she starts talking again. I wasn’t sure if the meditation had ended or if it was another long pause. I could not get into the zone. I found some of the phrases completely weird and overall was disappointed with this one.

Awful meditation. She didn’t say much. And too many pauses after she spoke for 2 seconds. Disappointing. Going to cancel my trial
