In this meditation, you will learn the lotus visualization technique for sleep. By physically and metaphorically drawing the flower image that is the picture for this track, you will drop into the body and out of the mind in order to fall asleep. Further suggestions: 1) If your thoughts or feelings don't let you sleep, please listen to the 'how to feel your feelings' meditation and attempt this practice again afterward; 2) For correct breathing and relaxation while you sleep, you can try mouth taping.
