Ahhhh
I love this meditation. I think it is my favorite. I've liked yoga nidra for a while but they always want you lying on your back. I love that this mediation is still yoga nidra, but I don't feel like I sound be lying in a different way. Plus she has a soothing voice and I love the practice in general as well. Perfect bedtime meditation!

Focus on resting rather than on sleeping
This meditation made me realize that sometimes itโ€™s better to have the goal be to rest rather than to sleep. By looking at it that way it takes a lot of pressure off me which may actually lead to better sleep.

For a month and a half this is what Iโ€™ve been falling asleep to every night. Her voice is calming and it makes you feel very safe. I love how it focuses on rest rather than sleep, it really helps me relax and finally, fall asleep.
