We spend so much of our time doing things, that we forget that we are human BEINGS. By connecting with the present moment, we connect with just being. If we practice being, even while we are busy doing things, what we are doing becomes far more integrated with our being. We can then learn to do more effectively, with greater attention to the needs of our bodies and our energy. This helps us to fully inhabit our own bodies and the present moment.
