The Day Ahead
I have a hard time just being present. I am so wired to think about goals, achievements, and what I need to accomplish next today. To-do lists, emails, etc. seem to never stop, and they truly never will. Yet, that is OK. I will control what I can control, and give the rest - leave all of the rest to the Lord. Jesus has already accomplished all on my behalf. Today, I will be present, knowing that there is peace in stillness and in the quiet, here and now.
