Setting boundaries is an important part of our lives. It can be difficult to do, but it is so worth it! When we set boundaries, we are telling the world (and ourselves) what is and isn't acceptable. We are communicating our needs and wants, and letting others know how they can best interact with us. When we don't set boundaries, we end up feeling overwhelmed, resentful, and taken advantage of. Boundaries help us to protect our energy and stay true to our values. In this transformational meditation, we will focus on setting healthy boundaries for ourselves.
