This advanced meditation invites the listener to sense space in different places in the body, as a way of shifting from our ordinary way of thinking and perceiving, to a more timeless, infinite perspective.

I hope you enjoy this practice as much as I did making it and doing it myself. I find that focusing on internal and external space opens the door to an expansive and infinitely peaceful state ๐Ÿ™

See Beyond
Everything occupies space, including our bodies. Realizing this, we can explore space within us as well as around us. In this meditation, Cassandra has us focus on three points of space within our body and then asks us to expand our focus to include the space around us. Sitting in an upright position, I connected with my body and softened my shoulders. I brought a gentle awareness to the space between my belly button and lower back and quickly noticed the constant movement of space occurring here. I then moved my awareness to the space between my chest and upper back and like the previous space, I noticed the constant movement of space occurring here. Moving my awareness upward to behind my eyes, I focused on the space in the center of my head. Visualizing this space, I sensed a matrix of electrical highways. Putting my awareness on all three points of space within my body, I quickly noticed an expansion arise within this body. I then expanded my awareness to include the space around my body and noticed the boundary of my body dissolve into the external space, which allowed for both spaces to mix. During these moments, I wasnโ€™t just aware, I was able to see beyond any limitations of this body and of this mind. In doing so, I felt a immense sense of peace and freedom arise. Thank you, Cassandra! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ
